It started in roll call.
Like many officers, I would occasionally sit through roll call and hear supervisors or other officers discussing statutes I had not used in a while, or sometimes statutes I had never encountered before.
It made me realize something.
I was not looking for hours of study. I simply wanted a practical way to review a few statutes each week and keep them fresh in my mind.
I searched for a solution I could use on my phone. What I found was either difficult to use, too time-consuming, or not designed specifically for law enforcement professionals.
That is where the idea for Daily Statute began.
The concept was simple: what if officers could spend just a few minutes a day reviewing statutes, strengthening recall, and improving articulation without sitting through lengthy study sessions?
What started as a personal solution quickly became something bigger.
If I could benefit from consistent statute review, there was a good chance other officers could too.
Daily Statute was created to help law enforcement professionals build stronger statute recall, improve articulation, and maintain readiness through short, focused reviews that fit into real-world schedules.
The simple belief
Confidence in the statutes you enforce starts with remembering them.
